The Finnish Olympic Committee’s spring meeting will be held in Helsinki on Thursday, May 21, 2026, starting at 5:00 p.m. The meeting can be followed via a remote link.

Representatives of the Olympic Committee’s member organizations (by proxy), individual members of the Olympic Committee, members of the Olympic Committee’s Board, and media representatives have been invited to attend the spring meeting in person. The meeting can be followed via a remote link.

The meeting will address statutory matters, proposed amendments to the bylaws, and items brought before the meeting by the Board of Directors. The meeting agenda and its attachments are available to the public in the 2026 Spring Meeting materials folder.

Items on the agenda for the spring meeting include, among other things: 

• Approval of the 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements of the Finnish Olympic Committee.
• Amendment of the organization’s bylaws.
• Approval of disciplinary regulations concerning violations related to the manipulation of competition results and events in physical education and sports.
• Approval of amendments to the rules of the Ethics Disciplinary Committee.
• Overview of the Olympic Fund.
